I ORDERED a COMFORTABLE FABRIC COVERED, CAMO COLORED, AUTO-INFLATABLE LIFE JACKET (full size) by item number listed with picture and description as advertised on their website - I received something much different!i RECEIVED a MANUAL-BLOW UP BRIGHT YELLOW, CHEAP RUBBER, WORN AT THE WAIST IN A CAMO POUCH, FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY LIFE JACKET WITH WHISTLE!

I called and reported wrong item sent, giving full description of advertised item including the link location of advertisement from their own website, they said they would send correct item and a return label. THEY SENT THE SAME FXXXXXX THING AGAIN now I had two *** items for my money, I called again as well as sending an email with my order form, receipt, snapshot of their own advertised item I ordered, a photo of both grossly incorrect items I received and was told "there is a mistake on our website and they do not sell the one I actually ordered REALLY??? Item was photographed front,back and side view, fully described on their website at a set price with an item number and a "add to cart" button yet they do not sell it???? I sent BOTH INCORRECT ITEMS in the same box the second one came in with the provided return label.

Guess What Happened next - NO FXXXXXX REFUND ON MY RETURNS! Called about returns and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED......YEP promised they not trying to keep money but they do not show my return as received, gave them the tracking number and delivery confirmation and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED, next call to them because no refund excuse is I only send one back! OMG worst online purchase experience I have ever had!

NEVER AGAIN AND I TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW - BY THE WAY - I WORK IN THE RV INDUSTRY SO SPREADING THE WORD IS NOT A PROBLEM!******CAMPING STATION IS A HUGE RIP OFF COMPANY********

Monetary Loss: $140.
